The Guild of Ethics, Culture & Leadership Pty Ltd (GECL) has created a unique CPD accredited, ethical orientation course that addresses the capability gaps that exist at an individual and organisational level in financial services organisations through interactive teaching designed to practically apply Ethical theory, Ethical Leadership, and Ethical decision-making processes and frameworks throughout the organisation.

Through the course content and alliance with a world leading CPD accreditation assessor, the CPD Standards office we have also separately created a post-course cultural charter and membership of the GECL to encapsulate a world standard of ethical leadership and cultural excellence with members recognised by their peers and the wider society as ambassadors of Altruism Respect, Care, and Authentic Leadership.

Course Overview

 

Influencing the culture of an organisation is a unique course that has been specifically created by award-winning cultural change experts to transform the culture of individuals and financial services organisations across the globe.

 

This 10-week course or intensive group program has been designed to develop your knowledge and ability to understand, and practically apply Ethical theory, Ethical leadership, and Ethical decision-making frameworks in your company, which is a conduit to influencing the culture of an organisation. The course has been accredited through the CPD standards office who are an international assessors of course material.

 

​The course has 3 separate modules with each module taking a minimum of 20 hours to complete and worth 30 hours CPD (90 Hours total CPD) and a minimum pass mark of 65% for each module

 

This course will take you on a unique journey of self-discovery, by firstly intertwining Ethics, Ethical Theory, Ethical Leadership, and emotional intelligence into your DNA and values through self-reflection and interactive assignments.You will then apply this learning in practice by building ethical frameworks and decision-making processes that can be implemented throughout your organisation to start the process of influencing the culture in your organisation.The learning outcomes of this course will help:

  • Develop your own perspective and awareness of ethical theory, ethical analysis, ethical leadership, and ethical decision-making.Intertwine your DNA and self-identity with the ethical beliefs and moral maxims associated with ethical theory.​

  • Develop the capability to understand, analyse and be acutely aware of the different leadership styles, and emotional intelligence.

  • Acquire the ability to produce your own ethical frameworks and critically analyse any other ethical framework or leadership style.

  • Develop the ability to think and reflect analytically, critically, and creatively in relation to your own values and self-identity.

  • Develop the capability to implement ethical frameworks and ethical decision-making processes into your own values and articulate their importance in an organisational context.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an exclusive invitation to become a member of the GECL to demonstrate to your peers that you encapsulate a world standard of ethical leadership and cultural excellence with members recognised by their peers and the wider society as ambassadors of Altruism Respect, Care, and Authentic Leadership.
