The Guild of Ethics, Culture & Leadership Pty Ltd (GECL) has created a unique CPD accredited, Leadership and culture course modules that has been specifically designed to address the capability gaps that exist between Leadership, Cultural theory, and practical application in an organisational context thus helping you become a better leader.

The Modules and course takes the individual and or organisational on a unique journey of self-development with interactive teaching designed to practically apply Ethical theory, Ethical Leadership, Leadership Styles, Emotional Intelligence, and Cultural frameworks to help you understand the factors that makes an exceptional leader, and then helps you embed and practically apply this new found learning in an organisational environment.

Through the course content and alliance with a world leading CPD accreditation assessor, the CPD Standards office we have also separately created a post-course cultural charter and membership of the Guild of Ethics Culture & Leadership to encapsulate a world standard of ethical leadership and cultural excellence with members recognised by their peers and the wider society as ambassadors of Altruism Respect, Care, and Authentic Leadership.

Course Overview

Our Leadership and Culture course has been specifically created by award-winning Leadership and cultural change experts to transform the Leadership capability and culture of individuals and financial services organisations across the globe.

This 10-week course or intensive group program has been designed to develop your knowledge and ability to understand, and practically apply Ethical theory, Ethical Leadership, Leadership Styles, Emotional Intelligence, and Cultural frameworks helping you understand the factors that makes an exceptional leader.

Importantly, it will also help you embed and practically apply this new found learning in an organisational environment.

The course has been accredited through the CPD standards office who are an international assessors of course material.

The course has 3 separate modules with each module taking a minimum of 20 hours to complete and worth 30 hours CPD (90 Hours total CPD) and a minimum pass mark of 65% for each module.

This course will take you on a unique journey of self-discovery, by firstly intertwining Ethics, Ethical Theory, Ethical Leadership, and emotional intelligence into your DNA and values through self-reflection and interactive assignments.You will then apply this learning in practice to help you embed the knowledge and be able to transfer this to others in your organisation.

The learning outcomes of this course will help:

Develop your own perspective and awareness of ethical theory, ethical analysis, ethical leadership, and ethical decision-making.Intertwine your DNA and self-identity with the ethical beliefs and moral maxims associated with ethical theory.
Develop the capability to understand, critically analyse and be acutely aware of the different leadership styles, and emotional intelligence, importantly embed the values, factors and traits that make up exceptional leaders into your own DNA.
Acquire the ability to produce your own ethical frameworks and critically analyse any other ethical framework or leadership style.
Develop the ability to think and reflect analytically, critically, and creatively as a leader in relation to your own values and self-identity.
Develop your leadership capability to become a better leader and be able to transfer your leadership knowledge and values to others to create a culturally inclusive environment of diversity, trust, authenticity and care.
Be able to create and implement cultural frameworks and ethical decision-making processes into a shared vision for everyone to adopt, and articulating the importance of this in an organisational context.

Upon successful completion of a module or full course, you will receive an exclusive invitation to become a Associate or Graduate member of the Guild of Ethics CUlture & Leadership to demonstrate to your peers that you encapsulate a world standard of ethical leadership and cultural excellence with members recognised by their peers and the wider society as ambassadors of Altruism Respect, Care, and Authentic Leadership.
