Overview of Influencing the Culture of Organisations Course

Influencing the culture of an organisation is a unique course that has been specifically created by award-winning cultural change experts to transform the culture of individuals and organisations across the globe. This individual course or intensive group corporate program has been designed to develop your knowledge and ability to understand, and practically apply Ethical theory, Ethical leadership, EI, and Ethical decision-making frameworks in your company, which is a conduit to influencing the culture of an organisation. It will also take you on a journey of self-discovery, by firstly intertwining Ethics, Ethical Theory, and Ethical Leadership into your DNA and values through reflection and interactive assignments. You will then apply this learning in practice by building ethical frameworks and decision-making processes that can be implemented throughout your organisation A pass rate of 65% needs to be passed for the complete course or each of the 3 individual modules, you will be awarded 30 hours CPD for each successfully completed Module A marking criterion will be used to assess each assignment based on the overall quality of the analysis, depth of reflection/strategic thinking in terms of your: • Clear understanding of Ethical Theory, Leadership, EI and Decision-making • Ability to practically apply theory in both a personal and organisational context • Evidence of self-reflective practices • Appropriate structures, frameworks and a logical flow of information • Clarity of expression and grammar Please also see the course overview video as attached *Please note you cannot use the Guilds logo until you have passed all three modules of the course and been accepted as a member of the Guild All course materials provided are protected by copyright law.
